Annual Spring Awards & Garden Party

This weekend saw us celebrate our annual awards. Paul Gray comments, “It was great to have everyone together in the sunshine to celebrate some individual and group success stories. Sabrina and I were very proud to stand in front of our fantastic property people, who are really passionate about delivering a great customer Journey. It was fantastic to be able to recognise our staff and their dedication and hard work over the last 12 months. We have been able to offer some promotions from within with Isobel Everitt and Jack Moore becoming Sales Managers as well as acknowledging our top performers with Matthew Tricker taking home the ‘Top Sales Negotiator’ for the company with some very impressive numbers. Melissa Crane has also not only been promoted to our Lettings Manager but was awarded ‘Employee of the Year’ as well.”

Paul continues, “Everyone at Flick and Son plays a massive part in our continued growth and success and it is a pleasure to have each and every one of them as part of our business. We continue to deliver a great customer journey whilst supporting our local community.”
