Richard Brown

Head of Residential Sales, ANAEA

With over 30 years of industry experience, Richard has been a part of the Flick & Son team since 2005 and has recently taken on the role of Head of Residential Sales.
A second-generation agent and member of the NAEA, Richard started his career in Norfolk before relocating to the Suffolk Heritage Coast where he worked as an area director of a multiple office agency before joining Flick & Son shortly after.
Richard’s long experience in estate agency and living on Suffolk Coast enables him to bring the twin benefits of experience and real local knowledge when advising our clients on their property sales.

Richard spends the majority of his time on the road, meeting clients, carrying out market appraisals and professional valuations for various wealth purposes. Richard also heads up our Online Auction services as well as driving our sales team to produce excellent results and provide our clients with the best customer journey.
