Lily joined Flick & Son in 2025 after relocating from Kent, where she spent 11 years as a Senior Account Handler at an insurance brokerage. Starting at Flick & Son as a Lettings Administrator, Lily’s dedication and positive attitude quickly stood out, leading to her promotion to Personal Assistant to the CEO.

In her role today, she enjoys supporting the leadership team and helping keep the business running smoothly. Known for her warm manner and reliability, Lily brings a personal touch to everything she does.

Outside of work, Lily loves getting out and discovering everything Suffolk has to offer with her young family.
