Charlotte was born in New Zealand and spent her childhood in Southeast Asia and Hertfordshire. She started her career in Lettings at an award-winning Estate Agency in Hertfordshire where she worked her way from Trainee Lettings Negotiator right through to helping to run the Lettings Compliance Department. Due to this Charlotte brings her expertise in the entire Lettings process from valuing properties right through to compliance and property management.

Following a move to Suffolk and subsequently a career break after having her two young children, Charlotte is excited to have returned to her career and passion in lettings.

When not at work, Charlotte loves to explore the beautiful Suffolk coast and countryside with her family and Labrador Maisie, enjoying all that Suffolk has to offer.
