Since joining Flick & Son in 2014, Melissa has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the letting and management of residential property. As a qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents since 2016, Melissa prides herself on ensuring she is up to date with all current legislation, enabling her to provide the best possible service to her clients.

Throughout her time at Flick & Son, Melissa has enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life and has a clear understanding of the needs of her clients when it comes to rental properties. Having been a Suffolk resident for most of her life, she has a great knowledge of the local area and all it has to offer.

Melissa loves the variation that her role provides and the relationships she has built up with clients over the years. When she’s not in the office, Melissa enjoys spending her free time with family and friends in and around Suffolk’s Heritage Coast.
