Jessica Frogley

PA to Chief Executive Officer

Originally hailing from London, Jessica moved to the Essex Suffolk borders in 2001, returning to London to complete three years of training in the Musical Theatre industry at London Studio Centre.

She moved into the property industry in 2022 in Sudbury as a Sales Negotiator, having an interest in property. Once her skill set had developed, she looked for a new challenge to utilise her organisational, communication and project management skills. Jessica joined Flick & Son in March 2024 as PA to the Chief Executive Officer and is widening her knowledge base further through new challenges facing her.

She is still passionate about the performing arts and likes to visit live performances, especially the West End of London. She enjoys travel and weekends away whenever possible.
