Half Year Presentation/Awards Evening Highlights our Top Performers

On Friday evening Flick & Son held our half year presentation evening to celebrate some fantastic individual and team results.

Our CEO Paul Gray comments, “It was fantastic to get our Sales & Lettings teams from all four of our local branches together to acknowledge some exceptional individual and team performances. We have a ‘phone first, email second’ culture whilst taking pride in delivering the very best customer journey and it’s been a challenging time for everyone in the world over the last few months, so it was important to get all the staff out of the offices to be able to say well done and thank you. The business has seen a record-breaking period between April and September this year, in a difficult economic world which just goes to show how hard the staff of Flick & Son work to deliver excellence. Of course, we could not do this without our clients, and for that I would like to thank everyone that has used Flick & Son for any of our services.

Sabrina Gray, Managing Director continues, “The race is now on for the second half of the financial year with all of our staff wanting to deliver exceptional results and service for our customers. We would like to thank Leiston Town Athletic Association for their hospitality and allowing us to host our presentation evening at the club. We support many organisations in the community, and it was great to be able to reflect on the support with our staff at Flicks, and giving to good causes.”
